Nader, a US Air Force veteran, always had a passion for cooking and sharing his love of Lebanese cuisine with others. In 2011, after leaving his government contractor position, he opened his own restaurant to share this love with others. His wife Lisa joined the team full time after her retirement from the US Navy in 2017. Together and with the help of their three children, they are working to expand the restaurant concept throughout the Augusta area.
